Thank you for the great job you did on our house. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Everyone comments on how great the house looks.
This was not a easy job because it involved new sections and renovations of older areas. But it all came together beautifully. You did everything you could to inconvenience us as little as possible. You worked on our house as if it was yours. We know you went the extra mile to make sure the job was done properly. When something was not exactly how we wanted it, you worked out a reasonable solution. Even when things were not clear about what was supposed to be done, you always corrected it to our satisfaction. It wasn’t about getting done quickly and getting paid. It was about doing quality work, taking you time, and doing it right.
Although Stephen wasn’t involved with the day to day work, he was very involved with the planning process. You both were very easy to approach and always answered our questions. When we weren’t sure about something you gave your opinion of why you would do something on way versus the other. Those experienced decisions made a bigh difference on the final product.
I also appreciated the flowers you sent for my Dad. I don’t think many contractors would have done that. That was a nice gesture on your part
