On behalf of The Valerie Fund children and families we serve, we wish to thank you for your participation in the 8th Annual Burger King Franchisee Association Golf Tournament held on September 19th at the Brooklake Country Club in Florham Park.
The compassion and generosity of people like you allow The Valerie Fund to continue providing comprehensive medical care for children afflicted with cancer and blood disorders. The day’s proceeds with be use to support over 5,000 children and their families who are served by The Valerie Fund’s seven children’s centers.
Families turn to The Valerie Fund because of the unique combination of medical care, comprehensive counseling and services that they receive. In addition to physicians and nurses, a staff of social workers, counselors, psychologists and child-life specaialists provide the child and family with a support system of on-going individualized care, recognizing that childhood disease strikes not only the child, but the family as well. The Valerie Fund also operates Camp Happy Times, a free, one week, overnight camp for children who have cancer or are cancer survivors.
For over 29 years, the commitment of our supporters has allowed us to provide quality care to our Valerie Fund children. Your generosity ensures that The Valerie Fund’s mission to provide hope, care and compassion to children with cancer and blood disorders will continue. Many, many thanks for your support.
